Lately, unlike me, my mind has been affixed on dreading to go to the doctor, dreading to get a medical exam, dreading to find out the results, dreading what if, what are the possibilities, and all the things I did not desire.
Then, I realized, I failed to do what I tell others to do, I failed to think on the outcome I desire. Rather than think about things I dread, I should think about life.
Oftentimes, we spend too much time lamenting or toiling over the possibilities of the things we do not desire instead of nurturing and cultivating thoughts of the things we desire.
In other words, we should place our focus on living than simply existing.
I choose life!
