Measurable Growth

Something to think about: You can tell children are “growing” when they are outgrowing their clothing. On the other hand, you can tell when adults have grown because they comfortably fit the clothing they’re wearing.

Keep in mind, measurable growth is secondary to self-acceptance.  Self-acceptance allows one to bear the cost of remaining comfortable in his or her skin.
