Natural Beauty

If I could paint a picture of the world I desire,
it display a perfect tapestry of humanity.
I’d paint from a palette of shades of red, yellow,
black, brown, and white.
Each shade an intricate blend of exquisite details
depicting every feature, trait, and
characteristic representative of each culture.
I’d carefully intergrade each color
to ensure the colors flowed harmoniously
and perfectly in sync with the other.
I’ll smooth out the rough edges
until they are subdued,
muted, and not overbearing.
One would not stand out over the other.
I’d highlight the best features of each shade
I’ll make sure each is highlighted equally.
The breath-taking deep and rich hues
customized to reflect the diversity of humanity
a flawless rival to Leonardo da Vinci.
Breathtaking scenes taken by me today from the Shenandoah Mountains in Virginia. What man can lay claim on creating a beautiful landscape of nature’s wonders? What man can perfectly shape mountains of an elevation of over 4000 above sea level and surround them with beautiful spacious trees that stands stately and form canopies across miles of treacherous and winding roads. What man can orchestrate an array of wild flowers to adorn its massive terrain?
Something to Think About:
If wildflowers can flourish peacefully among other wildflowers and create a beautiful landscape, why can’t we flourish in the midst of diversity and create something beautiful and in harmony too?
